Move-in Ready
At Brewer Homes, we offer lock and key contracts that allow you to budget for items keeping you within the established contract price.
With this price, you have set allowances for the items that could greatly vary (cabinets/tops, flooring, lighting, fixtures, tubs/showers, millworks, etc.)
With a lock and key contract, your home will be completely finished and move-in ready after construction.
The benefits to a lock and key contract are:
- Your home is 100% completed post-construction.
- You have a firm price prior to construction.
- Very little time is required for the homeowner, but you have the option to be involved as much as you wish.
